Steve started his musical career way back in the late sixties as a drummer in many bands both on the road and in residencies in top night spots.

He is an accomplished and talented vocalist in both lead and backing roles and as well as his main talent on the drums, he also plays many other instruments such as guitar, keyboard and harmonica.

Over the years Steve has worked all over the world and written and recorded many tracks with various bands.

For the last 10 years he has held the prestigious position of drummer / vocalist with "Mike Penders Searchers" who have made numerous TV appearances and recorded albums both at home and abroad.

In 1993 Steve wrote "It's Christmas", a song that one day will surely rank with the best of the festive offerings ( Take a listen for yourself below )
